Who We Are

Hadstock Performing & Creative Arts Society (HPCAS) is a community-led organisation established in 2025 to promote participation in performing and creative arts.

We bring together residents of Hadstock and surrounding villages through performances, events and shared creative activity.

Our work focuses on creating inclusive, accessible opportunities for people of all ages and abilities.

How We’re Run

HPCAS is a constituted organisation with elected officers and clear governance arrangements.

We are managed by a committee responsible for financial oversight, safeguarding, and the delivery of our programme.

All activities are supported by appropriate policies, including safeguarding, equality and health and safety, which are reviewed regularly.

OUR VILLAGE HALL

Our Home & Track Record

  • Our main activities take place at Hadstock Village Hall, a separate registered charity serving the local community. In partnership with the Hall Committee, we deliver performances and events that make full use of this shared village space.

  • Since forming, HPCAS has already demonstrated strong community engagement, including a sold-out Christmas pantomime attended by 180 people and raising £3000 for local charity.

  • We also support activity across the village, including events at St Botolph’s Church and on the village green.
